Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Romaaness goodies! Here's how returns work:

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
• Made-to-order items (like our custom printed shirts) are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — then we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• To start a return, email romaanesshop@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return shipping is on the buyer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
